This website and online store are operated by Equestrian Star.

Our online store allows customers to browse and purchase Equestrian Star products.
Our e-commerce services and checkout are supported by Shopify.
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase or have the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
2. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately.
Product colours and appearance can vary slightly depending on your screen, device, manufacturing process and the nature of the product.
Measurements and sizing information are provided to help you choose an appropriate product. Where a size guide is available, please review it before ordering.
Many Equestrian Star products are produced after an order is placed. This helps us avoid unnecessary overproduction.
Availability may change without notice.
3. PRICES
Product prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown.
The final amount payable, including applicable shipping charges and any taxes collected at checkout, will be displayed before you complete payment.
Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect an order already accepted by us except where correction is legally permitted and appropriately communicated.
Obvious pricing, technical or listing errors may be corrected.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
After you place an order, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• a product is unavailable;

• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
• there is an obvious pricing or technical error;

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount due back to you will be refunded using an appropriate payment method.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or the payment providers displayed during checkout.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every customer or transaction.
6. CANCELLATIONS
Eligible orders may be cancelled before fulfilment through the cancellation options made available by our store.
Because many products are produced after an order is placed, production may begin quickly.
If you wish to cancel an order, please use the available cancellation process or contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation rights provided by applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver to the destinations made available through our checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated before payment and can vary according to the products ordered, quantity, destination and fulfilment requirements.
Products within the same order may sometimes be produced or shipped separately.
Production and delivery times may vary.
Unless we expressly guarantee a delivery date, delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where these charges are not expressly included in the amount collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.
Customers are responsible for checking any destination-specific import requirements that may apply.
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible orders are covered by the return rules applicable to their market.

Many Equestrian Star products are produced only after an order is placed.
A product is not automatically excluded from statutory withdrawal rights merely because it is produced after an order is placed.
However, certain products made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from withdrawal or return rights where applicable law permits.
Any such exception will only be applied where it is legally applicable to the particular product or order.
Statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
